Travel Health Consultations:
● On your first visit, a registered nurse will evaluate your health history and based on the up to date information from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, she will give you recommendations on vaccines based on your itinerary and your individual needs. These vaccines can be administered at the time of the visit.

● The nurse will give you information on your travel destination which includes safety and security information as well as other details based on your special travel or medical needs.

● When you come in for an office visit, you are automatically signed up for our Travel Alert Service, where you will receive Travel Alerts by email regarding medical concerns, and safety and security issues for your specific travel destination before and during your trip.

● We will provide you with an International Certificate of Vaccination to carry with your passport for proof of your immunizations.

To save time, you may want to fill out your Health Reference Form before your appointment.  Click on the link on the upper left side to print the form.

For payment, we accept, cash, and credit or debit cards at the time of service.  While we do not file insurance, we do give you an itemized bill and an insurance claim form so that you can file for reimbursement.  We recommend that you check with your insurance company to find out what travel immunizations are covered.
